What to expect at Sitting Pretty
Bath Time – Hydrobath Cleanse
Every dog is bathed twice in our state-of-the-art hydrobath using gentle, organic shampoos tailored to their coat.
Drying – Gentle and Thorough
We use a high-velocity drier and a soft snood to protect ears, followed by hand fluff drying to prepare the coat for grooming.
Styling – Tailored to Your Dog
Depending on breed and coat, we may clip, scissor, or hand strip to achieve the perfect finish.

Every full groom includes:

Smooth Haired Grooms
Your dog’s spa experience begins with a gentle cleanse using our premium, all-natural de-shedding shampoo, expertly massaged through the coat in our state-of-the-art hydrobath. This is followed by a warm, soothing blow-dry to release excess undercoat, and a meticulous brush-out to leave the fur soft, smooth, and refreshed.
For the ultimate indulgence and enhanced results, we recommend adding our signature Mud Bath Treatment — a mineral-rich, skin-soothing therapy that deeply conditions the coat and supports natural shedding.
Long Haired - Bath & Tidy Trim or Full Clips and Scissoring
Each grooming session begins with a warm hydrobath using a carefully selected, all-natural shampoo tailored to your dog’s unique skin and coat needs. After a gentle cleanse, your dog is pampered with a warm blow-dry, followed by either a de-shedding treatment or a thorough brush-through to leave the coat silky and smooth.
The grooming continues with a hygienic pad and sanitary trim, and depending on your dog’s needs, a precise foot, feather, face, and ear tidy — or a full body clip and expert scissoring for a beautifully finished look.
Wire Haired - Handstrip
Following a traditional hand strip — carefully performed to maintain the coat’s natural texture, function, and appearance — your dog is bathed in a soothing, all-natural shampoo formulated specifically for sensitive skin. This gentle cleanse calms the skin after hand stripping while nourishing the coat, leaving your dog refreshed and beautifully finished.
